Kirsty Maxwell, 27, of Scotland, died in Benidorm, Spain, on April 29, 2017, after falling from a tenth-floor resort apartment occupied by five British men. Kirsty was staying at the resort during a hen weekend with 19 female friends and had arrived hours before her death.
Mario Amado, 29, died in a Tijuana jail in June 1992 after police arrested him for being drunk and disorderly. Mexican authorities claimed Amado hung himself within 45-minutes after his arrest and near four supposedly sleeping cellmates. However, a second and third autopsy conducted by American experts proved homicide.
On Feb. 9, 2018, David Scott Elmquist, 24, of Plymouth, Minnesota, died from alleged self-immolation. However, the circumstances surrounding his death and a possible cover-up by the police point to something far sinister. David’s family does not believe he killed himself and has spent the last four years attempting to get a special prosecutor to investigate.
On Dec. 10, 1982, two neighbors awoke to the sound of a nearby explosion and went to investigate. They found their other neighbor’s car in a ditch engulfed in flames and two people inside who were beyond receiving help. Janet Dow, 40, and her son, Stephen Dow, 18, died from what appeared to be a tragic auto accident. Years later, Janet Dow’s husband told his girlfriend a chilling tale.
