Blog Update for November 2, 2017

Blog Update

I just wanted to give you a heads up (because people are wondering) about the next blog post and the changes I mentioned in a previous post.

New Posts/Changes/Additions

I will actually have two new blog posts coming this weekend – one is my first list post and the other is a regular blog post on a missing person. I have wanted to write my own crime list posts for some time now, so I decided to just go for it. I hope you enjoy them!

Also, as I said in a previous post, there will be some changes happening on this blog over time. THERE IS NO DATE SET FOR THESE CHANGES. Some will not occur until next year. Others will happen sooner. And some are not actually changes, but more like additions to the blog. I guess I should have worded that differently lol.

One particular change is a whole new site layout.

I have wanted to do this for what seems like forever now.  This will be happening within the next couple weeks or so. I have to set aside quite a bit of time to do it.

Please be patient. Changes/additions are coming. Eventually lol.

Offline Life and Writing

I know I have been absent since I said I was going on a break. Well, sometimes my offline life, which takes precedence over my online life, gets crazy and I have to step away. I will not apologize for it because that’s how life goes.

But sometimes I am just working on an article. I put a lot into each article I write. I spend the majority of my time researching and revising, and I will not publish any article until I am 100% satisfied with it. If you only knew how many times I revise a post LOL!

I also spend quite a bit of time looking for a case to write about. I go with my gut. I can read 1,000 cases in a day, but only one will pull at my heart strings more than the others. That is the one I write about. That is how each case on this blog is chosen.

I would write more articles each month, but I believe in quality over quantity. I would rather spend more time on one long post than on several sloppy shorter ones. But that’s just me.

So, there you have it. Any questions, please go to my Contact page.
