Where do I even begin? How about with the fact that there were OBVIOUS signs of torture and trauma on Alfred’s body? Yes, that is a good place to start. Animals??? Are you kidding me? Never knew animals to knock human teeth out, but hey, what do I know, right? 😉  If it were animals, they would have eaten other parts of the body…not just the face area. The missing ear, gouged eyes, ripped out tongue, teeth gone…..all signs of torture. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure that out. Obviously, someone is hiding something. Oh, and let’s not forget his SLIT THROAT. Really, I don’t think animals would do that. SMH.  Accidental death? NO WAY. read more

The Suspicious Death of Alfred Wright

When I hear the town name Jasper, and it just happens to be in Texas, I immediately think of James Byrd, Jr. I’m sure you do, too. On June 7, 1998, one of the worst cases of racial crimes occurred here. James Byrd, Jr. age 48, was dragged for three miles behind a pick-up truck on an asphalt road. He remained conscious throughout most of the terrifying ordeal and was killed when his body hit the edge of a culvert, severing his head and right arm. The murderers – Shawn Berry, Lawrence Russell Brewer, and John King – then drove on for another mile before dumping his torso in front of an African-American cemetary.
