Daniel Entwistle: Vanished without a trace in 2003 from Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, UK

danielentwistleOn Saturday, May 3, 2003, seven-year-old Daniel Entwistle walked to his local corner store (Blencowe’s) in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, UK to purchase something for his father. Daniel’s mother, Paula Entwistle, age 30 at the time, was home resting as she was not feeling well.

Daniel was last seen on the store’s surveillance video around 5pm. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary, and Daniel did not appear to be in distress. According to the Daily Mail, they (surveillance images) show him walking up an aisle, out the front door, and then turning left as he swings a carrier bag. read more

Sometimes a case comes along that I’ve known about for a long time, yet for some reason or other, I choose not to write about it. Then one day, I get the urge. I always go with my gut on which cases I write about. I could read 30 cases a day, but only one will pull at my heart a little more than the others. That is the case I am meant to write about. Kyron Horman: Who is responsible for boy’s 2010 disappearance?

This is a fairly recent case (2010) and  I’m sure all of you know about it. But I really wanted to give my two cents on this one, which is why it made its way on to this blog.

Seven-year-old Kyron Horman disappeared from Skyline Elementary School in Portland, Oregon on Friday, June 4, 2010.

Prior to his disappearance, Kyron attended and participated in the school science fair earlier that morning. His stepmother, Terri Moulton Horman, had taken him there. She claims she left the school at 8:45 a.m. and watched Kyron walk down the hallway towards his classroom. Gina Zimmerman, president of the PTA, saw Kyron and Terri at 8:15 a.m. at his science fair station. read more
